tiscali was a good place to be!!! but oh dear renewed with taktalk like all the others i have had nothing but headaches, everthing that can go wrong does,so, net closes without warning or you are unable to open the internet to get on line and you think that its your fault ??? i must have clicked a wrong key, so you try to start again with no luck. got my computor engineer in he did loads of checks took a load of rubbish away and then checked broadband speed 0.23 should be getting up to 8.00. they are a waste of space. rang them three times unable to understand them, they rattle on so fast with twang i am not used to, finished up engineer will ring you tomorrow between 2pm&4pm (no call) next day same between 7pm&9pm (no call) next day rang and told them to cancel my so called service, they to me have broken there contract by failure to supply or even failure to ring me. by 10th dece should be rid of them, and after that date they can !!!!!!!!! and will get no more cash.
