Center Parcs, Sherwood Forest Review

My two children and I have just returned from our second trip to Centreparcs at Sherwood. No-one wanted to come home.



We had a Woodland Lodge for a mid week break of 4 nights. Having stayed in the same lodge two years ago it was loking a bit tired. It was however very clean. Had a problem with the bath and shower, but after making a call to customer services "David" arrived within 15 mins and had sorted the problem within another 15 mins (This included him showing the kids some magic as well).



Beautiful setting for a holiday, lots of greenery and squirrels and birds that come and visit. The kids loved watching them.



We had pre-booked our activities and our tables in the restaurants. Activities were fab, and I thought the food was much improved since our last visit. Strada stood out for us as being fresh and very tasty.



The kids have had an amzing time, and they attended kids club twice in the week so I had a chance to go to the spa(This was expensive). We also attended Cybertoonies, Wall Climbing, Quad Bikes and Ice Skating. We all enjoyed our busy days and relaxing evenings. We got back today and I have already booked for next year.



I would recommend Centreparcs to anyone. Yes it can be expensive, but I believe that the setting, activities, food and quality outdoors family time is totally worth it.
