Frontline Focus is not paying their shoppers. I've done 8 assignments since sept.2nd, and I haven't been paid yet. They owe me 150.00$ Nobody seems to care about me so from now on I will refuse all assignments from them and I encourage other shoppers to do the same. Did any other shoppers have been paid ???

I found this review helpful because... I am in the same boat, but have spoken to a lawyer and he suggested sending them a demand letter and if nothing happens, filing a claim in small claims court and BBB and then contacting the companies you conducted mystery shops for and letting them know that FLF is not paying their contractors for the work they are submitting bills and expenses for.

I was in the same boat, it took me a few months and I stopped doing shops for them until the paid me for the ones that I already did. Soon the phone calls stopped and I just continued to call and email, eventually I did get paid, but I would never work for them again. They have us evaluate customer service, and yet they don't seem to know what it is themselves, I would give them a huge FAIL!

I was told that they pay by periods, ex. period 1,2 or Jan Feb. I just received my pay for March to May. It is quite a long time to wait for your pay especially when I was told you would be paid the month after. I was getting my pay through auto deposit, but this last time I am getting a cheque. I agree they do take too long in paying. We or at least me have put out money from my own pocket and I don't get reimbursed for 3 months, I don't know about the rest of shoppers, but I need that money /asap.

They owed me 313.00 and did not receive it until March. We should get together and have a check list of those of us that have to wAIT SO LONG TO BE PAID.
