Ok so i have sold some Dalmatian puppies and decided it would be nice to give the buyers a photo album of the pups as they grew up.
17th November i sat for an hour and 1/2 uploading nearly 400mb of photos to Tesco photo online. On thurs 18th November the tesco website status said : 'pick up' - clicked on more info 'your item is ready to be picked up in store' Great.
A trip to tesco 4.5miles, no photos, "sorry there not here yet."
ok so Friday evening i go down, still no pics, Saturday same.
Phone call Monday to tesco photo,
"we will call you back", no call back,
Tuesday 'we will call you back, i promise' - no call back (guy called rob PC48 from cardiff).
Visit to store, no photos.
Phone call to tesco photo wednesday "Cant get hold of store, we will call you back", yet again no call back,
i phone up wednesday afternoon asked for the guy who was dealing with my problem, a woman answered;
"sorry we have had a change around i dont know who you are after." i repeated his name
"oh he's on his lunch"
"Can you help me?" i said
"No i'm not trained" she said and hung up!
ha ha what a joke!!!!
Thursday, phone call with a promised call back which actually came. Can re order pics it will be another 5-7days, or give you refund.
i asked what if the photos don't turn up, he said you will have to ask in store - hang on i didn't order the pics in store i ordered them online!!??
so i asked for them to be delivered to my house nd was told to re-submit the order online and pay extra for delivery.
so i opted for refund which i must make another 4.5mile journey each way to get my refund!!?!? What a mess for such a large co-operation!! and i didnt order the pictures in store i ordered them online so why cant they give me the refund over the phone???
