I returned an item to John Lewis online and my card wasn't credited. When I phoned to enquire why I was told they had no record of receiving it however, it can take up to 3 weeks from them receiving it to it being scanned into the system! I'm now having to send them the proof of postage when the package may just be sitting on someone's desk.
