Do NOT ever take Delta. Yes, I haven't gone on this trip yet but I rate their customer service a big, fat zero. Due to their recent engine failures on THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS, I requested for a cancellation and refund for my tickets. I have always been scared of flying and there was no way I was going to feel remotely comfortable flying on a Delta aircraft that has 99% of having an engine failure. The manager I spoke to had no decency to even waive the rebooking fee of $175. I would have at least taken the credit but not with that rebooking fee. I am completely dissatisfied from my recent experience and I will always advise other people to stay away from it.
