I ordered a Kipling holdall and several items of clothing on 6/10/10. Estimated arrival was somewhere between 14/10/10 and 14/11/10. Fine so far. 14th of November duly arrived and the website told me my order still had not been processed. Customer services were polite, refunded my P&P and told me the items were in the warehouse and I would receive them by 16th. No show. Then it was the 18th or worst case scenario, the 21st. Apparently it was the Kipling bag causing all the delays.
Contacted customer services who then admitted, when pushed for a date, that the bag was probably not going to arrive as they hadn't received the stock! They'd told me a week ago it was in the warehouse!To add insult to injury they'd had my money since early October.
Hugely frustrating experience.
I was offered a £10 voucher but declined it - non too graciously. I for one will NOT be shopping with them again.
I await the arrival of the rest of my order with some trepidation.
