Wow, where do I start. Possibly my worst telecommunations dealings with any company to date. My account was deactivated because apparently I had not used the service in the last three months so there goes my credit. Tried to recharge using a voucher and was accused of impersonating the account holder. Calls not as cheap as claimed. And woe betide you if you decide to close your account. They kept on accusing me of pretending to be me so basically all attempts to provide them with my address failed. By far the worst company I have had the misfortune of dealing with. Steer clear. Bye bye lebara.
