i purchased dragonversion 11 about 6 days ago it would not load on my new Dell computer.everything else i own installed first time.

the nuance help line installed it using special back up folder then the head set would not work suggested i buy another head set.this product is not copmatible with widows 7. i've sent it back!!!!!
