I have recently moved over to debt line after a shockingly bad with money worries. I have found debt line to be outstanding so far. Their service is always friendly, very helpful, and the staff know what they are talking about! I have come off the phone feeling assured every time. The fee is is slightly more than money worries, and obviously I'd rather it be less, but I feel it fairly reflects the service in return. The online account management is easy to use, and means calling in is generally unnecessary. I have had to wait on occasions a long time to get through at the call centre but that is expected and I don't feel they should lose a star over that. So 5 out of 5 it is. Highly recommended.
