I previously owned a pair of mountain equipment gloves. I was never quite sure if they were meant to be glove liners, but I wore them as they were for every day use. I shoot and they were perfect for that; my fingers rarely froze. Good for snowball fights too as long as the snow was dry.

Those gloves were lost so I sought to replace them. The Touch looked like the same thing. They are not.

These gloves seem very well made. They are thicker than my last pair, much warmer and a bit better in the rain. I wouldn't like to try them as liners for a snug fitting glove, but all round I would say worth considering.
