The worst airline I've ever used. cancelled the flight one-sidedly and doesn't compensate anything to you for the changes you have to make and times you need to wait in the KL airport.
I don't normally leave comments.. but this I wanted to let all people so that they will not suffer like me. With the little savings you make, you receive 10 times worth stress and frustration. Customer care team never cares about customers, but just repeat same words over and over.
Do not use this Airline.. as it will stuff up your trip.
Beware this stupid and careless airline.
