“Reading through the reviews from bank farm it was...”

Reading through the reviews from bank farm it was interesting to note that the majority of the negative comments were nasty rather than constructive in their criticism. Bank farm, a family run business, takes great pride in the service they provide. In the present financial climate the owner is determined to keep prices low, she recognises that customers are loyal and this reflects that. The horses are well looked after, yes they do work hard but as anyone with any equine experience will attest, horses enjoy working. They also have more than adequate time off from lessons with access to large grassy fields that are near but not on the Bank Farm site. Staff are busy and work hard to make customers experiences positive. I have heard some people speak to the staff in a very rude or offhand way and are then surprised when the staff confront this rather than accept it. On the whole Bank Farm is a very busy, tidy, professional and positive place that I would recommend to any level of rider.

I found this review very helpful because...well said Iain, obvioulsy the children that have written rubbish reviews and are just trying to rubbish Bank Farm as they think that Mill Farm is better, rather than reviewing the actual facilities and teaching ability of the staff and not how they feel about them personally.
<br/>FromMeganemilys mum a happy customer.
