I have had a similar experience to some others on here. I rung Bairstow Eves today to ask them to come around and value my flat. They flatly refused unless



a./ my husband could be there too as they felt no decision could be taken without him and I may relay information incorrectly (their words)



b./ i told them over the phone what I thought the property was worth



This was after 10 minutes of questions. I have rung 4 other agents who have immediately booked an appointment to come round. I was very unhappy with this service. Needless to say we will not be using them and they have got their wish to speak to my husband - he is ringing to complain.
