I'd had help in a previous redundancy situation that had been funded by my employer as part of the termination package but it was extremely expensive and so I was grateful to be offered MyWorkSearch resources free iof charge by the Job centre.
I find the structure comprehensive, the tutorials both remind and re-train and are pitched at a level that is supportive without being condescending.
The most beneficial aspects to me have been the recent 'webinar' and I gained valuable insight and tips on interview skills, presentation, awkward questions etc.
Yes, there are some aspects that can be a little irritating (having to delete emails one at a time, being restricted to hotmail/gmail etc) but these are minor and in no way de-value the service.
