I placed an order with 24studio.co.uk 2 weeks ago. My parcel was despatched on 4th november. On 10th November I received an email from them saying my parcel had been returned as it was unsuccessfully delivered.
They didn't even try! They get their parcels delivered by HDNL.
they told me if I still want items to reorder in the normal way! Fantastic customer service NOT!
