I have made FOUR attempts and waited in queues lasting in total FIVE hours to try to get a refund for overcharged baggage (nearly $100). I spoke to someone FOUR days ago, who promised my issue would be escalated and I would get a return call from the refund department....I am still waiting. Today, after more waiting on line, when I spoke to a real, live person my relief was shortlived when the phone call was cut off. As I had given my phone number at the start of the conversation, I waited for a return call. No kuck, and I could not bear to be in another 2 hour queue, as it was already 10.45pm.
What is the problem with Air Asia's customer service??? I enjoyed the flight and would happily have booked again, as we are frequent travellers, but I need to know that my rights as a customer are acknowledged and acted on.
