Booked tickes online for the Bristol - Manchester route 7 WEEKS IN ADVANCED !
I read some reviews and was bit apprehensve , but gave benifit of doubt. After arriving at Bristol driver boarded everyone except me and friend,told me the bus was full and that my ticket " was not real"i got him to ring the office ( who NEVER answer the phones and are dam right rude) who told me my ticket was invalid and that i would have to make my own way to Manchester. THE BUS LEFT ME AND MY FRIEND ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND LEFT!!! After ringing office , i boarded another bus to LONDON THEN ANOTHER TO MANCHESTER as this was " my only option" according to customer services. my journey was 14 hours total INSTEAD OF 5.BUS HAD BROKEN TOILET AND WOULD NOT STOP FOR LOO BREAK ALTHOUGH DRIVER STOPPED FOR FAG!! TOLD TO HAVE WRITTEN COMPLAINT TO TRY TO GET REFUNDS OF ADDED COSTS !! AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!
