I bought my logic frying pan as my birthday present 10 months ago.
I admit it's not as non-stick as it was then, but it still is brilliant.
Maintaining the condition is so easy. I only use wooden or plastic utensils to stir vegies and rice and such. Only thing that sticks so far is middle grain rice (the sticky one).
Most of the time, all I have to do is to pour some hot water to lift food residue, tip the water out, then let the sponge slide to get rid of whatever stuck on the surface and rinse the detergent off with hot water.
In case it's harder to wash off the dirt, mix a spoonful of baking soda in the water and bring it to boil before washing it. That'll rid of any dirt left and comes out as good as new! I haven't seen a slightest damage on this frying pan yet.
I don't use metal utensils, just a wooden spatula.
