I used to work for BTConnect about 9 years ago and they are the most incompetent broadband company. Looks like they still haven't changed. Whatever you do, don't sign up for them. Go anywhere else, just stay away from BTConnect, you have been warned. The management are awful and the quality of service is terrible.
