I am using the Cata hob from 3 years and the service is pathetic. Bangalore service head says that since I am not happy with his service, he doesnt want to replace the parts. They accept themselves that the parts are not designed for long term use. A regular gas stove is much better than this hob because it cannot burn in very high temperatures according to Cata service. The materials used are such that after prolonged use they stop working. So the hobs will not work for more than 2to 2 and 1/2yrs. I wished i knew all this info before buying. I wish I had just bought a regular gas stove and saved myself from the trouble of using this pathetic hob.
