“Please be very careful of the hidden costs when buying...”

Please be very careful of the hidden costs when buying from this company. If you need to speak to the after sales team for any reason it is a premium rate phone call at £1.00 per minute and aparently they do not accept any queries in writing premium rate call only. Is that any way to look after customers that have spent money with them?
