For a major High Street brand I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by Waterstones.com. While ordering I found a special offer which made the purchase more appealing. Unfortunately the delivery time predicted changed from 3 days to over 3 weeks! And since only 1 book in the order was unavailable this meant the whole order was held back until all books were in stock. Contacting Customer Services several times didn't get me anywhere either. Was very disappointed that paying premium prices for books from a reputable store didn't work out.
