Bought a Cata hob at B&Q which developed a fault when still under Quarentee
Trying to get the fault fixed has been a nightmare. A replacement arrived which was badly damaged and the engineer could not fit it.
Told new one would arrive on Monday waited in all day nothing came.
Rang on the Tuesday said they would ring me back after investigating they never did
I rang 4 times before being told it would arrive sometime that day. waited in all day still nothing arrived.
I'll have to start all over again tomorrow
My advise keep well away from this firm
