Still in the process of trying to confirm cover due to difficulties with Esure not accepting 8 years Proof of No Claim Bonus by email. Documents sent on 1st October lost in post. After phone calls, sent another batch on 2nd Nov - letter received from them on 9th to say my policy would be cancelled as they had received nothing. Also had previous insurer send PofNCB direct to them. Not boding well if I ever need to make a claim. Total farce.
