I purchased a home cinema system for my husband for a xmas preasant, only to find when the parcel arrived, it wasn't wrapped or sleaved to disguise the item what so ever..... Husband went to the delivery van to sign for the goods and discovered what he was getting for xmas. I am absolutely furious that this has happened and don't want anyone else being disapointed in the same way..., my advice is don't by on line from Dixons, PC World or Currys, as this is a group and they all act in the same manor. The excitement of Christmas has been ruined due to this companys lack of thought... A simple tick box on the website to say it is a xmas gift, would advise them that the product needs to be wrapped. A complaint has been lodged with Dixons
