Have experienced a large number of packets that were either "blown" or had an unpleasnt smell when the packet was peeled open.

mixed experiences with the manufacturers, sometimes charming other times the "customer services" could not care less.



Our dog loves the food and this was the first do food he did not re act to( sensitive stomach due to virus when a puppy)



Would recommend but only if and when they sort out their production issues - many different casuese claimed by the manufacturers as excuses - mishandling in transit/sealing problems with machinery/ new process
