Cheap and far from cheerful. So many problems it's hard to know where to start! Incredibly poor communication - no-one I've reached in their "close-it-quick" support system seems to bother reading what I tell them and no-one online or in the umpteen phone calls I've made has managed to answer any of my (very simple) questions. Their online payment system failed repeatedly, and their support team seemed unable to understand the difference between buying domains and buying hosting. I can't risk trying to buy online from them again so will gradually move all domains and hosting away.



All I wanted was explanations, evidence of refunds and, possibly, an apology (I didn't even ask for refunds for the many hours of phone calls necessary to deal with their technical errors) - what I got was "We sent a reply to your question 72 hours ago. Because we haven't heard from you since, we have marked this issue as resolved and closed the request in our system." If you're not quick enough asking over and over again for what you need (and never getting it) you may as well give up.



123 are a case of flashy interface design promising the earth and delivering misery. It's a shame.
