“Ordered using a discount introductory offer for £20...”

Ordered using a discount introductory offer for £20 off first order to new customers. The money was taken straight out my account and kept for a week. My order was cancelled with no notice or any contact from woolworths.



Appalling customer service.



Would not use again or recomend to anyone. Buy from somewhere else, might be a couple of quid more but at least you know you'll get it.



This site will go bust just like the store if they keep treating people this way.
