The very first diet that doesn't make me feel too hungry. I'm feeling great during the 3 days and doesn't feel like I'm starving or dehydrating like some websites suggests. Tried a few of the more expensive diets before never worked for me, made me feel sick within the first couple of days with little weight loss. With this diet I've lost 5Kg's in 2 weeks!!

hi there,
i have also tired the expensive diets which have left me broke and still over weight. i am on day 2 and coping quite well so far. I do take supplements and drink a lot of water (2l) a day which is really helping as i do not feel hungry. i am planning to do this diet for 5 days then rest for 2 days in a period of 6 weeks. a friend of mine did it straight for 1 month and lost so much weight. i will keep you posted on my results as the days go by.....
