“I paid for three months, then found I couldn't...”

I paid for three months, then found I couldn't download to the phone I was using. When I asked customer service to let me use a different number they told me i would have to upgrade my contract to a one year service. Not likely to do that. So I paid for three months and can't use the service. the customer service stinks.
