i have just received my latest buy from gemstv i am totally annoyed at the quality of the aaa tanzanite and diamond ring the colour is so poor there is no way you can see other colours in the tanzanite as you can only just see that its blue,on screen they said what a lovely deep blue and you could see the blues and pinks and the fire in the stone

etc in the stone,the diamonds can only just be seen with a magnifying glass. and to put the top hat on it it came with no authenticity card confirming that it was a triple a tanzanite and diamond ring in 9ct gold i have emailed gems and had no reply so its going back and i would never buy anything from gems that costs more than twenty pounds in future this was a chance to get the ring of my dreams and i have been really let down by gems exagerating the products they are selling
