Regarding to the problem I have with dream world travel limited. I got the phone call back from Omar to apologise and explain the reason of the delaying is due to his many works commitment. That why he couldn't send me ticket straight away yesterday.
However, he solved the problem very quick and sent me e-ticket which I have confirmed from the airline.
In my opinion,this problem occur partly because I was panic and worried about my ticket.
Generally,this company has nice staffs,everyone polite and don't turn you away.
I also has included the words from Omar which he sent me e-mail to apologise..
@ I had spoken to you on Wednesday afternoon, you informed me about the payment on Thursday afternoon, I sent you the receipt in few minutes after. The only thing I have not been able to do is to provide the ticket yesterday. We do provide tickets instantly where customers want them instead of following time limits@.
Please accept my apology for not providing the ticket yesterday once again@
