3 Day Diet/BHF Diet
I started on a Monday having brought all the ingredients I would need on the sunday, ingredients came to about £15 for food for the 3 days.
First day was hard as I was used to eating a lot more at meal times but I enjoyed thew ice cream a lot in the evening.
Woke up feeling great on the tuesday and had a very flat tum, this I think spurred me on to get through day 2.
Day 3 was the hardest day breakfast was nice but lunch was tough and I didnt even want dinner but I forced myself to have it.
Result - I lost 4llb which I was very happy with.
I have used this diet as a way of shifting the first few pounds and I am now back to counting points with weight watchers, it gave me the initial big loss which has motivated me to stay on the points system.
Only Downside to the diet is that I didnt pass any number 2's as I needed to intake more fibre.
Good for a bumper start to a less dramatic diet or to fit into a snug dress for a party !
