I ordered for an initial pendant which was for next day delivery from diamonds uk. Within an hour i received a call from the customer service to inform that the item is out of stock and will be available in 3 days. Since i needed the pendant for a weekend gift, i agreed to go ahead with the order. I was happy to receive the beautiful pendant on the 4th day with a free gift as a goodwill gesture. An email was also sent by the customer service with the order status update. Highly recommended site.
