I joined Debt Line just over a month ago. I was getting loads of hassle from capital one and the payments I was making was only reducing the balance by a penny even though I was making my minimum payment so I was getting nowhere fast!! Since joining debt line, I've only had one phone call from capital one, I told them I was with Debt Line and I've had no hassle since which has been amazing!!! I'd been in this rut with capital one for 4 years but now I feel I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and I know that in a years time I going to be in a much better position. I'd known about debt line for a while and now I just wished I'd joined sooner and Rachel who I speak to is great at helping me out loads ;)
