Be careful ordering anything online from Mossberg. I have never received this level of customer service from a company this large. No email confirmation of order to start. After a week called customer service. Was told I would receive an email when product shipped. Waited few more days...nothing. Called customer service again. They confirmed the order was entered but never shipped. Was told it would be shipped. Waited five more days - no product or email. Called again and was told I would receive an email confirmation. Still waiting.... Oh and yes they charged my credit card immediately when I placed the order.
