Credit expert- expert in making money for themselves, not you. 'Free trial' is not free, becuase it is useless. As soon as you log on it pushes you to take a £5.95 credit score. OK I could eat that, if I wanted it- but I feel a bit sour being told it was a free trial, when in fact you dont get anything but a base report of what you already have accounts wise and credit wise, for free. Well, I know what bank accounts and creit I have- I was there when I signed for them! The site appealed to me as a one stop one click shop to purchase things like loans and credit cards. I went through their 'lower your bills' system and was reccomended, based apparently on my credit score, credit cards. The bank I then applied to rejected my application, lowering my score. Thanks a bunch credit expert. I then called for advice but was connected to their Indian call centre where someone in broken English tried to sell me a £5.95 credit score! I said I already have a score, I want you to actually reccomend to me banks that will accept my appliction. Was too much for them to understand. I canceled my membership. Shame for Credit Expert- they could have made more money from me in comission from the banks for the loans I want to sign up for, than £5.95 for a credit score.
