This is the second Canon Chesterfield we've bought + on hindsight we should have learnt from the first one which had problems. We thought it just a "friday" build, + couldn't believe Canon could put such an expensive unreliable cooker on the market. How wrong we were! This second one has been a nightmare with a multitude of problems, most of which have not been rectified by their reluctant service engineer ( too far out of his normal area, cooker working perfectly, not, etc etc ) + where rectification has been carried out successfully, it has gone wrong again within a few months. Now 2 years old, we've had enough, it's going for scrap. We should perhaps have read cooker reviews prior to purchase, but we needed to replace the original quickly. Will do some homework this time, even if it means going hungry for a while!
