Hi, My daughter lost her job in Feb 2010, I've been helping her with monies since then but got to a point were I simply had nothing left in savings, premium bonds and overdraft so on the advice of my Mum (she was advised by them 4 yrs ago and is now debt free after Bankruptcy) I called CCCS initially as my daughter was embarressed and frightened. They had to speak to her as it was her debt but she soon felt confident enough to call when I wasn't there. Yes she has a problem as she had a deficit when the budget was done, but she has followed their suggestions, changed banks, re looked at her benefits and is feeling relaxed enough to have a renewed fire to find a job. I can't recommended them highly enough, my daughters whole outlook is more positive and confident and she continues to ring and get advice(she is doing token payments at present), until she finds work.
