They can't handle the demand...

You'll wait months for your top order of movies plus they don't send movies out quick enough...

I downgraded my subscription, thinking surely they can manage, but after returning 1 movie, it took over a week to get the next one sent out!!

Nobody is perfect but I think they've bitten off more than they can chew...
