on the website delivery is stated as 2 weeks. After checkout that changes to 4weeks. So we sat on our hands and waited patiently. After four weeks and no contact we contacted customer services. It took four further phone call for anyone to take any notice and a further three weeks for delivery. This was very very poor service. The fridge was only one ofseveral items on the order. There were problems with two other items one of which is still not yet resolved.
Completely useless service, and a reputation that is going down the pan. I'll tell you one thing, I will never use John Lewis or John Lewis.com again.
