Ive traveled with Aer Lingus for many years and always found the attendants to be friendly and helpful.I think if you got an attitude with these people its because you likely brought one with you. I remember in 2005 I was taken ill on the plane and kept quiet about it .Upon landing I could barely navigate on my own much less attend my luggage.These lovely ladies took over and helped me from the plane and attended to every detail.I got the same concern at customs and a friendly cup of tea and a bit of chat.Finally I felt better and the family showed up.I have nothing bad to say about Are Lingus.If you don't like the food bring a bag lunch.Don't overpack and whine about the cost,and if the seats aren't comfortable enough for a 6 hr flight ,then stay the hell home!
