As you have to provide rating 1 star for turning up! But minus stars for bad practice. VFM - never got that far! Experienced same practice of phone call advising we were picked from national data base. However as we were thinking of redesigning our kitchen we agreed to the "designer" calling round at at 3.30pm even though we had family bbq in the evening. He had no social skills whatsoever and was oblivious to our need to enjoy our guests so at 7.30, despite numerous attempts to persuade him to go, we had to physically push him out of the door. Then came the phone calls...... 4 months later I again received a phone call from customer services. I explained to the person on the phone that I had expressed my concern at the behaviour and process Space Kitchens had adopted at the time and did not want to get into any further discussion, about theirs or any other kitchen provider. After being advised that any kitchen I had seen would not match the quality they could provide I once again expressed my disgust at the hard sell tactics. This resulted in me being told that even if I changed my mind and decided to buy a kitchen from them Space Kitchens would not wish to sell to me as my attitude was unreasonable and she promptly hung up. God help vulnerable people.
