Tried to book a holiday online with this company. When it came to the payment page, their website conveniently crashed. I tried to do it again and the price had went up by over three hundred pounds! I phoned them and was told that because they use a "live" system, they cannot be responsible for the price.

If you look at all the reviews for this company, anyone with any sense would stay clear. An indication of how slippery they are is their 21 A4 page terms and conditions. I particularly laughed at their promise to refund you if you find the same holiday cheaper anywhere else. What they omitted to state on their home page, is that you only have 24hrs to do so!

In the end, I paid the three hundred pounds more, but used my local travel agent for peace of mind.
