We have had 4 rescue dogs but the latest has serious aggression issue with strangers.

The "trainer" came, took 270 quid off us and told us to change the dog's diet and just feed her raw meat and bones. Also to growl at her when she misbehaves and if that fails, squirt water at her. The dog thinks the growling and water squirting are a lot of fun and still snaps at people. The "trainer" came back once and admitted that the boss of BarkBusters Uk has a similarly aggressive dog and he can't control it.

We have asked for a (partial) refund and not had the courtesy of a reply.
