Just returned from a week in Crete, we used Europcar as we had thought it a good hire car company, we were wrong, the car was a 10 year old renault clio with 85000klm on it, one bald tyre, it leaked oil on the drive of the villa we stayed at, it rained one night and found the next morning the back seat was soaking, rotted window rubbers seamed to be the blame. In my opinion use another company, i know i will be doing. 1 out of 10
