We have just returned from Tunisia, couldnt fault the Jet 2 flight, excellent. However on arrival 1 hour for transfer to leave, overbooked at hotel and tried to move us. They told us they had told Jet 2 there were no more rooms but they kept sending them. Tunisian rep didnt turn up on my insistence when I got him on the phone he turned up next day. Told him my concerns for departure travel said not to worry fax would be sent to us. We received nothing, reception tried to speak to them but he just ran into hotel and nearly hit the reception staff. Said we didnt have return transfer with him. He said he would arrange for us to be picked up next morning not to worry , and gave us 24 hour number, we called the number but it never answered. Had to pay for transfer to airport outselves. We had no sleep night before due to worry as airport was 2 hours away. I would never ever use this tour operator again for a holiday they just dump you and leave you to worry.
