“Not very good. Bought my Blackberry 9800 and used...”

Not very good. Bought my Blackberry 9800 and used UnlockingOnline website to try and unlock it.

followed the instruction to the letter, six different codes were sent to me but none worked.

The Blackberry has ten attempts and I'm now worried as I only have 4 more attempts.

Email the support team on Saturday 23rd for help and still haven't heard from them. I've tried to call but no answer. I'm going to wait until Friday and if no joy then I would try and reclaim my money back from Paypal. I would avoid this company for now.

I found this review very helpful because same thing happened to me. They never responded to any of my calls or emails, then had my review removed even though it was factual. I hope if they try to remove this review, you will repost!
