I needed to contact iFlorist in regards to an order that was due to be delivered the next day. At first I was a little apprehensive as there was no telephone number to call but I used the online chat facility and was pleasantely suprised with the service I received. The problem was quickly rectified for me and I was pleased with the outcome.
